Configure default report behavior in Administration > Settings > Reports.

Auto-delete

Set up automatic deletion of old reports. When enabled, reports older than the configured period are permanently deleted. This is useful for compliance with data retention policies.

You can set the auto-delete period in days. Reports in "Completed" status are included in the cleanup.

WARNING

Auto-deleted reports cannot be recovered. Make sure to export or archive important reports before the retention period expires.
