  • Email: contact@vulnotes.com
  • Manager: Use the ticket support directly available on vulnotes manager.
  • In-app support: Click the support widget inside Vulnotes to open a live chat ticket.

When reporting an issue, include:

  • What you were trying to do
  • What happened instead
  • Screenshots if applicable
  • Your Vulnotes version (visible at the bottom of the sidebar)
  • Your deployment type (SaaS or on-premise)
