If you run into an issue that is not covered in the documentation, reach out:
- Email: contact@vulnotes.com
- Manager: Use the ticket support directly available on vulnotes manager.
- In-app support: Click the support widget inside Vulnotes to open a live chat ticket.
When reporting an issue, include:
- What you were trying to do
- What happened instead
- Screenshots if applicable
- Your Vulnotes version (visible at the bottom of the sidebar)
- Your deployment type (SaaS or on-premise)
