Vulnerabilities

The Vulnerabilities page brings together findings from every report published to the client's company.

Use the search field to find a vulnerability by name. Results can also be filtered by severity, remediation status, or report.

Each row shows the finding severity, report, CVSS score, current status, and number of team comments. Select a finding to open its details.

Finding details

Findings can also be opened from the Vulnerabilities tab inside a report.

The detail panel contains the CVSS score and vector, description, impact, and remediation guidance. The finding status can be updated as remediation progresses.

When retesting requests are enabled, use Request retest to notify the pentesters that a fix is ready to be checked.

Team discussion

Team comments are visible only to other members of the client's portal team. They can be used to discuss remediation work without adding notes to the published report.

Jira ticket

If Jira has been connected, click Create ticket to send the finding to the configured Jira project. See Jira Integration for setup details.
