SaaS Setup

If you are using Vulnotes Cloud (the hosted version), your instance is provisioned automatically after subscribing through the Manager portal. No installation is needed on your end.

Getting started

1. Create an account at manager.vulnotes.com
2. Subscribe to a plan and complete payment
3. Wait for the deployment to become ready in Manager
4. Open the instance URL shown there (e.g. yourcompany.vulnotes.app)
5. Open the URL and follow the Initial Setup to create your admin account

Your cloud instance includes:

• A dedicated Vulnotes deployment on your own subdomain
• Managed application updates
• Managed backups
• Email delivery for notifications, invitations, and password recovery
• Technical support

Managing your subscription

Log in to manager.vulnotes.com to manage your subscription, update billing information, add user seats, or view your license details.

Next steps

Once your instance is ready, head to Initial Setup to create your admin account and configure the platform.
