ai content improvement The Improve feature lets you refine existing text using AI. Instead of generating content from scratch, it takes what you have already written and makes it better.

How to use it

In any rich text field (report sections or findings), click the Improve button in the toolbar. A dropdown appears with several options:

  • Rewrite - rephrase the text while keeping the same meaning
  • Shorten - make the text more concise
  • Expand - add more detail and depth
  • Fix grammar - correct spelling and grammar issues
  • Make more professional - adjust the tone

Select an option and the AI will process the current content of that field. You can review the result and either accept it or undo the change.

When to use it

This feature is particularly useful for:

  • Polishing a first draft after you have written the technical details quickly
  • Making findings more consistent in tone across a report written by multiple people
  • Expanding bullet points into full paragraphs for the executive summary
  • Shortening overly verbose technical descriptions
