License

Open Administration > License to check the current license and installed versions. Access requires View License (ro:license) or system administration permission.

The page shows:

• License Key: company, plan, deployment type, and enabled add-ons
• User Usage: active users compared with the licensed limit
• License Expiration: expiry date and remaining days
• Version Information: installed backend and frontend versions, with update notices when available

Use Reload License after a subscription change to refresh the information. For connected deployments, manage billing and seats in Vulnotes Manager.

If the user limit is reached, review deactivated and unused accounts before adding seats. Deactivation keeps the user's authored data; deleting the account is a separate action.

Air-Gap Workstation uses signed offline tokens. To renew its license, follow Air-Gap Maintenance.
